INSTINCTS
Over thinking is something a lot of us do. Some of the time a better way than over thinking is going with the flow of things in life. Recently I have been taking many risks in my life, taking those chances. The reason is I am just going with my instincts. Opening up many new paths for myself, bringing light to the unknown be it good or bad. I have discovered so much about myself, others and the world around me in the past year alone. The one thing that remains constant is that things are always changing! New things, bringing back good old things, good things or bad things, challenging things, old friends or new friends. Everything is changing with ourselves as well. You have to keep going in your life, keep taking chances keep fielding changes. Instincts are not an answer for all of life’s challenges, but the chances you take from the challenges are always a learning experience.
Going with your gut instincts may not seem right at the time but if you put effort towards what you seek you may find that your gut instinct is right! If you don’t go with your instincts you will end up just playing the “What If” game with yourself. There is no gratification with what if! Going with your instincts can give your mind some rest, it can solve problems and also you can discover something new you love to do!
When was the last time you went with your instincts? When one of the things you chanced turned out to be good, how much happier were you afterwards? How much better do you feel? When did a chance you took turn out bad? I guarantee you learned something from it! Other people have great ideas how to live our lives but each one of us is unique. Sometimes you have to trust your instincts and go out and challenge the world.

Malcolm Gladwell’s ‘Blink’ gives scientific evidence supporting trusting your gut. I’m a believer.
