Variety Friday (Focus)

This is absolutely right. You focus on losing weight, you will but you will also gain it all back. You focus on changing your life style and being healthy that weight comes off and stays off and you get in even better shape in the process. There are no quick fixes in this world that last, you have to be dedicated to the process to see results.

Here is a nice little positivism spin for you: Don’t focus on not being negative just focus on being positive. It is a formula that works in everything. The more positive you are the better you will feel and the more confident you become that there is more positive things in your future. When you build that positivism routine more positive things start to happen to you!

Have a great weekend,  on Wednesdays I will give you update on my goals. I have certainly hit some challenges but nothing I cannot punch through. Have a great weekend everyone. I am grateful for your following. Stick around this April for more things healthy and positive.

About upwithmarc

A creative mind takes no label. A positive mind sees past that which is easy to find. Find the things you love in life and share them with others. I am an artist. I am a positive thinker. I am on a quest to love everything life gives to me. On the outside I am no different then anyone else but on the inside I feel I have a lot of different things to share. My goal is to find those willing to listen. Those willing to share there thoughts in return. I have a long list of goals in my life, some I have met and all the rest I am getting closer to every day. I want to write a book, I want to be a motivational speaker, I want to own an art gallery, just to name a few.

  1. So, because of years of grappling with advice from busybodies and know-it-alls about my mental health, I sort of instinctively recoil when someone says, “Be positive” (but it’s a little bit different when you have to work with an illness when one of your symptoms is chronic negativity). So I replaced “be positive” with “collect silver linings,” but, in truth, it’s exactly the same thing. You’re right, though. The more silver linings I collect, the better I feel and it becomes something of a perpetual motion machine. 🙂
